This intimate room with its large fireplace in wood and stone looks onto the courtyard and is bordered by the ancient stone-paved road once traveled by the King on his way to the Aghinolfi Castle -since the 12th century protected and now a precious moss-clothed element of the Bottaccio garden. The linens, as in all the rooms are made of the finest Egyptian cotton - the bedclothes handspun silks, and the draperies like rare brocades.
